You can submit an unpaid request for the United States or Canada. We must confirm the available item, dispatch from China, shipping cost, delivery estimate and taxes before you decide to pay.
Privacy for order requests
We store your account details, enquiries, order requests, quotes and responses to provide support and process your requests. Verification, order and support emails are sent through Resend. Customer support emails are received through Cloudflare and saved in our store database. Website chat messages and optional contact details are also saved in our store database. A necessary, host-specific chat cookie keeps your conversation accessible on this browser for up to 30 days after activity, with a maximum session lifetime of 90 days. Ending the chat removes browser access but does not delete our support record. Chat is handled by our team; no language model processes these conversations. We keep the message text and attachment names, types and sizes; attachment files are not retained by the support workspace. No card details are collected.
